Digital Design Services
(Logo Design, Branding, Flyers, Posters, Business Cards, etc.)
All design and branding projects are custom created specifically for each client. As such, no refunds will be issued once work has commenced. This includes but is not limited to logo design, brand identity packages, flyer design, business card design, and any other graphic design service.
By submitting a design request and making payment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
If you are unsatisfied with the direction of your project, please contact us as early as possible so we can work toward a resolution. We are committed to delivering work you are proud of.
Physical Products
(Framed Prints, Canvas Prints, Art Prints & Board Games)
We want you to love your purchase. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
- The item must have arrived damaged or defective
- You must provide photographic evidence of the damage
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging where possible
Please note: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind on physical products, as all prints are made to order and board games are produced in limited quantities.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To initiate a refund or replacement request, please contact us at:
Include your order details, a description of the issue, and photos where applicable. A representative will respond within 2 business days.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Completed design files that have been delivered
- Rush order fees
- Any service where work has already commenced
