Purchasing

1. When you’re ready to purchase any of our products email us at shopceejarts@gmail.com

2. The email should entail the following:

-Customer’s Name

-A contact number for the customer

– Name of the product

-(Where necessary) the size of the product

-(Where necessary) the color of the product

3. When the email is delivered you will be contacted to confirm the purchase.

Payment

There are currently 3 methods of payment:

1. Face-to-Face

2. Online Banking (Contact for info.)

3. Western Union & MoneyGram (Contact for info.)

Custom Modern Pop Pieces

If you are interested in doing a custom Modern Pop piece the procedure is as follows:

1. Email the image you’d like to use. The image should be high resolution.

2. Along with the image be sure to add a description of what is it you’d like to be done. The description should entail the following:

– Color scheme or colors you’d like to be used

– A synopsis of the idea in your head (Background, representation of self, message your trying to convey, etc)

Turnover Time For Custom Modern Pop Pieces

The turnover time is 2 weeks, depending on request.

Are The Modern Pop Products Travel Safe?

Yes, the products are durable to withstand travel, also please keep in mind that all Modern Pop pieces contain glass.

Warranty

Each purchase comes with 30 Day warranty. We guarantee that the product will meet a certain level of quality and reliability. If the product fails in this regard, we will fix or replace the product for no additional charge.

Return Policy And Procedures

We can guarantee that you will be satisfied with the product; however if you should want to return the product the procedure is as follows:

1. Contact us and report the issue at hand.

2. If the reason for the return is on our behalf, you will be granted the choice of either replacing the product or refunding your money

3. If you choose to replace the product your address will be required. Depending on your location the return procedure differs:

– Kingston, St. Andrew and St. Catherine’s return procedure will be done in person.

– All other remaining parishes’ return procedure will be done via a courier service such as DHL, Tara, Knutsford Express, etc.

4. If you choose to refund your money it will be sent to your account via bank transaction.
